<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a latch circuit, a trimming circuit, a system, a determination program, a check method and a determination method which can check whether an input signal is in an appropriate state. <P>SOLUTION: A latch circuit 22 for receiving an input signal I1 output from a readout circuit 20 of a trimming circuit 14 which depends on the state of a fuse element H1 as a trimming element comprises: a latch circuit L1; a latch circuit L2; and a matching check circuit 26. The latch circuit L1 holds a logic value of the input signal I1 at a timing T1, and outputs an output signal O1 depending on the logic value held out of the trimming circuit 14. The latch circuit L2 holds the logic value at a timing T2 later than the timing T1, and outputs an output signal O2 depending thereon. The matching check circuit 26 comprises an exclusive OR circuit 30, and outputs to an external determination circuit 18 a matching determination signal X1 indicating whether or not the output signal O1 matches with the output signal O2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
