The present invention provides an automatic water supply system using soil moisture measurement feedback so as to promote convenience in cultivating crops and to solve the problem of labor shortage. The automatic water supply system for a vinyl greenhouse or a glass house for farming comprises: a measurement unit measuring the current amount of moisture of the ground and providing data feedback; a control unit performing a calculation algorithm for moisture supply using the data of the measurement unit; and a supply unit controlled by the control unit, and configured to supply the moisture to the ground.
