<p>The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a record storage box. The method includes a step of preparing a conservational neutral cardboard (10) having predetermined size and thickness; a step of cutting the prepared cardboard (10) by formation surface while diagonally cutting a connection end part between separated cardboards (11) at a predetermined angle; a step of performing natural dyeing to a Korean handmade paper (20) for covering; a step of applying beeswax to a side of the Korean handmade paper (20); a step of attaching the side of the Korean handmade paper (20) to a printing woodblock (30) having traditional patterns engraved, and equally rubbing the other side of the Korean handmade paper (20) to engrave the traditional patterns on a beeswax layer; a step of shaping a box by attaching the cardboards (11), separated between formation surfaces; a step of attaching the Korean handmade paper (20) through a conservational adhesive by making the traditional patterns face the outside; and a step of attaching a Korean handmade paper for finishing to the inside of the box through the conservational adhesive. Therefore, waterproof and mothproof properties and strength are improved and the status of the country is improved.</p> |
