<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease a pressure loss of a steam regulator valve, and to improve the performance of a steam turbine. <P>SOLUTION: A steam valve control device 21 relating to this embodiment includes a determining means 32a and a control means 32c, 33. The determining means 32a determines whether or not an opening signal for balance type steam regulator valves 11, 13 indicates to open the steam regulator valves 11 to 13 while exceeding a differential pressure stable opening which corresponds to a valve opening upper limit where the steam regulator valves 11 to 13 stably operate by steam differential pressure. When the opening signal indicates an opening operation of the steam regulator valves 11 to 13 while exceeding the differential pressure stable opening, the control means 32c, 33 control the steam regulator valves 11 to 13 to be opened from the differential pressure stable opening to the limit opening of the steam regulator valves 11 to 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
