The present invention relates to a modeling system using a three-dimensional printing apparatus, and a modeling method thereof. The modeling system using a three-dimensional printing apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a user terminal capable of adding a unit mesh and creating modeling data by using a position correction function of an added unit mesh; a three-dimensional printing apparatus for receiving the modeling data from the user terminal and for outputting thereof in a three-dimensional shape; and a server for adding the unit mesh or for transmitting guide information which is required for completing the modeling data to the user terminal. Accordingly, it is possible to easily perform a modeling in a virtual, three-dimensional space and to output the same; it is possible to diversify a shape of a basic object which is required for modeling and thereby to perform a delicate modeling; it is possible to provide an education tailored to an educational institution and to collaborate therewith; it is possible for users to share modeling files and information related thereto; and it is possible for a user without a three-dimensional printing environment to easily make a printing request from other users of a community to which the user belongs so that a three-dimensional print material can be printed.
