The present invention relates to an air conditioner system for vehicles, and more specifically, to an air conditioner system for vehicles where a double pipe inner heat exchanger is installed. The air conditioner system for vehicles is advantageous to a layout in an engine room, and can reduce a number of components, the weight, and production costs by installing a flange which directly combines one end of the double pipe inner heat exchanger to an expansion valve, forming a refrigerant flow path which flows a refrigerant passing through an external pipe of the double pipe inner heat exchanger to an expansion flow path of the expansion valve in the flange, and deleting a refrigerant pipe which connects the external pipe of the double pipe inner heat exchanger and the expansion flow path of the expansion valve by using the flange as the refrigerant flow path.
