A refrigerator water supply apparatus is provided. The present invention comprises: a water supply tank installed in a refrigerator door; a water supply hose connected between the water supply tank and an external water supply source; a guide unit installed in a lower portion of the refrigerator door and guiding the water supply hose to be withdrawn to the outside through a door hinge unit; and a connection unit connecting a first hose which is inserted into the guide unit and connected to the water supply tank when the water supply hose is replaced and a second hose connected to the water supply source. The refrigerator water supply apparatus enables a damaged portion of the water supply hose to be replaced using the connection unit when the portion extended to the outside of the refrigerator door of the water supply hose is damaged so as to significantly reduce work time and cost compared to replacement of the entire existing door.
