1. A compound of formula (I):or a pharmacologically acceptable salt, solvate, hydrate or a pharmacologically acceptable formulation thereof, wherein
R1 is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a hydroxy, a nitro, a cyano, an amino, a mercapto, an alkyl, an alkenyl, an alkinyl, a heteroalkyl, a cycloalkyl, a heterocycloalkyl, an alkylcycloalkyl, a heteroalkylcycloalkyl, an aryl, a heteroaryl, an aralkyl or a heteroaralkyl group, wherein the alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, heteroalkyl, cycloalkyl, heterocycloalkyl, alkylcycloalkyl, heteroalkylcycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, aralkyl or heteroaralkyl group can be substituted with from 1 to 3 substituents which substituents are each independently selected from halogen atom, hydroxy, nitro, amino, alkoxy, carboxyl, alkyl, alkynyl, alkenyl, aryl, sulfonyl, phosphoryl, or R1 is taken together with R2 to form a 5- to 8-membered carbocyclic or heterocyclic ring that is substituted with from 0 to 3 substituents which substituents are each independently selected from halogen atom, hydroxy, nitro, amino, alkoxy, carboxyl, alkyl, alkynyl, alkenyl, or aryl; R2 is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a hydroxy, an amino, a mercapto, an alkyl, an alkenyl, an alkinyl, a heteroalkyl, a cycloalkyl, a heterocycloalkyl, an alkylcycloalkyl, a heteroalkylcycloalkyl, an aryl, a heteroaryl, an aralkyl or a heteroaralkyl group, wherein the alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, heteroalkyl, cycloalkyl, heterocycloalkyl, alkylcycloalkyl, heteroalkylcycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, aralkyl or heteroaralkyl group can be substituted with from 1 to 3 substituents which substituents are each independently selected from halogen atom, hydroxy, nitro, amino, alkoxy, carboxyl, alkyl, alkynyl, alkenyl, aryl, sulfonyl, phosphoryl; R3 is a hydroxyl group. |
