The present invention is to provide a device capable of aligning the magnetic north indicator of a tactical air navigation (TACAN) device with the magnetic north direction and controlling horizontality of an antenna to solve problems of the existing technology. A horizontal control device of a TACAN antenna comprises; an upper plate wherein a TACAN antenna is connected and is fixed; a horizontal control unit of which an upper side is connected to the upper plate unit and a lower side is formed in a curve shape; a holder unit into which a lower side of the horizontal control unit is inserted and a penetration hole is formed on one side which is in contact with the lower side of the horizontal control unit; and a central axis unit to vertically penetrate the horizontal control unit, of which the upper end is fixated to the horizontal control unit and the lower end passes through the penetration hole of the holder unit, so the central axis unit protrudes at a constant length; a horizontal control handle wherein the lower end of the central axis unit is screw-inserted; and one or more supporters to support the holder unit.
