To allocate C-RNTIph in a phantom cell after identifying a mobile station (UE). This mobile communications method has: a step in which a wireless base station (eNB#1) notifies a mobile station (UE#1) communicating in a cell (#1) of a C-RNTImacro in a cell (#10), using "RRC connection reconfiguration", if the cell (#10) formed by linking a plurality of small cells is set so as to overlap at least part of the coverage area of the cell (#1) under the control of the wireless base station (eNB#1); and a step in which the mobile station (UE#1) sets C-RNTIph in the cell (#10) in addition to the C-RNTImacro in the cell (#1).
