The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of Chaga mushroom sauce for meat and products manufactured by the method, which comprises the steps of: (a) preparing Chaga mushroom by crushing the same into 100-300μm; (b) preparing sugar cane sap; (c) preparing the cooled sugar cane sap by boiling the sugar cane sap of the (b) step between 90 and 100 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes to 1 hour and cooling the same between 30 and 50 degrees Celsius; and (d) mixing 1kg of the crushed Chaga mushroom of the (a) step with 1kg of the sugar cane sap of the (c) step, and then fermenting the same between 20 and 35 degrees Celsius for 2 to 3 days.
