摘要 <p>The present invention relates to an improved method for measuring a hydroperoxy radical/superoxide anion radical (HO2·/O2^-·) which is a strong oxidizing agent playing a critical role in an oxidation treatment process of waste water, the invention comprising the steps of: generating a peroxy radical/superoxide anion radical by irradiating ultraviolet rays to a solution subject to an analysis; transferring the solution to a reactor and injecting a pH adjusted solution to the reactor; causing a reaction by injecting a trivalent iron-ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (Fe^(3+)-EDTA) and terephthalic acid in the solution; measuring the fluorescence intensity of the solution; and measuring a concentration of the hydroperoxy radical/superoxide anion radical. According to the invention, it is possible to measure the concentration of the peroxy radical/superoxide anion radical without a reference material. Compared with a conventional benzoic acid used as an exploration material, the detected material by the reaction with the peroxy radical/superoxide anion radical shows a higher fluorescence intensity, thus leading to a higher sensitivity, thereby enabling a more accurate measurement.</p>
