PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing method which can exert excellent sterilization power to heat-resistant bacteria and can suppress a deterioration of a work environment due to odor, and is suitable for hygiene cleaning for businesses.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for washing an object to be washed including a fiber product, in which an object to be washed is treated with a washing liquid in a tub in a washing machine, the washing liquid is obtained by adding hydrogen peroxide and an acyl radical generator (for example, N-acetyl-&egr;-caprolactam), the addition amount of the hydrogen peroxide to the washing liquid is 10 ppm or more, and the washing liquid has a pH of 9 or more at as washing temperature. |
