SOLUTION: The cryogenic electrical insulation material uses a fiber reinforcement, and the fiber reinforcement is a paper sheet including a polyethylene short fiber having a tensile breaking strength of 10 cN/dtex or more, a tensile initial elastic modulus of 350 cN/dtex or more and a length of 1-15 mm by a mixing ratio of at least 50 mass % or more. !
