PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce even great horizontal swaying caused by earthquakes and the like.SOLUTION: A pair of seismic control dampers 14 and 14 for bringing about a damping action by input of an axial force is erected in an inclined manner between both ends of a lateral material 4 on the outside with respect to a lower end of a suspension bolt 5 for suspending and supporting a cable rack 1 via the lateral material 4 and an under surface of a ceiling slab 6 on the outside with respect to an upper end of the suspension bolt 5.
