<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic generating device in which vertical water turbines are installed at the central part of the device, a bounce weight is guided to each of both sides by a small-diameter compact vertical ring rail, its resistance is reduced, the bounce weight is eccentrically rotated outside a circle of the vertical ring rail, a rotational speed is set to a high speed range so as to increase a power generating efficiency remarkably.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a hydraulic generating device in which vertical flywheels 100 of true circle are installed at a horizontal rotary driving shaft 3 of a vertical water turbine 2 connected to a power generator 1 through supporting slide arms spaced apart in radial manner at equal rotation angle interval, the center of circle is displaced from the center of the horizontal rotary driving shaft in a horizontal direction, a pair of vertical ring rails of true circle with a smaller diameter than that of the flywheel are oppositely arranged and fixed against both side surfaces of the flywheel, a bounce weight having an inner weight part 401 and an outer weight part 402 is slidably installed at each of the radial supporting slide arms of the flywheel and there is provided a roll guide mechanism to be guided along the ring rails.</p> |
