PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an electrode composition for batteries which allows an electrode to remarkably exert its function because of the electrode allowed to have a metal alone and/or a metal oxide sufficiently distributed therein, and makes possible to bring about the effect of enhancement of a battery performance largely, and to stabilize the battery quality; and a battery electrode and a battery, each of which is arranged by use of such an electrode composition according to a simple manufacturing process. ! SOLUTION: An electrode composition for batteries comprises: an active material; a metal alone and/or a metal oxide; and a polymer.
