PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket without need for a gasket attachment groove provided in a counterpart attachment member such as a connection flange part, thereby facilitating manufacturing of the counterpart attachment member, in a ring-like gasket having a structure in which a core material made of a heat resistant material is covered with a cover material formed of a metallic plate, and to provide a gasket having a structure difficult to drop off a gasket attachment part during assembling, in the above mentioned gasket. !
