PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration damper for a structure in which its configuration is simple, its manufacturing is easy and it does not require any complex valve structure, shortcomings found in a hydraulic damper and a resilient rubber damper are compensated and efficient earthquake energy absorption can be attained. !
