PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a label enabling seeing a display surface from a front face, in view of the fact that since a conventional index is additionally provided on a thin file such as a regular paper and filled upright on a book shelf to store, the index has to be seen from a side. ! SOLUTION: A display zone and a sticking zone of an index label additionally provided by folding are each curved at a nearly right angle on a line as a boundary therebetween so as to make a display surface face a front face. In this case, the folds are displayed separately as for an inner corner and an outer corner, and are stuck and fastened after sandwiching and overlapping a regular paper edge in a folded state at a planned nearly right angle so as to keep nearly right angle curve.
