PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information panel system including a main server apparatus for providing basic services to a residence information panel and a sub-server apparatus for providing a partial service in a collective residence, which has architecture for establishing a linkage with the server apparatuses. ! SOLUTION: When a service to be executed is called, a sub-server apparatus 30 acquires a residence number from a residence information panel 10 of the call source. After executing the service, the sub-server apparatus 30 transmits a piece of service result information including the residence number to a main server apparatus 20. The main server apparatus 20 accumulates the service result information transmitted from the sub-server apparatus 30 and permits the residence information panel 10 of the residence number included in the accumulated service result information to access to the service result information. !
