The invention relates to a panel comprising mutually-facing outer and inner plates (1, 2) sealed to one another along a closed perimeter (7) at a distance from the peripheral edges of the panel. Inside the closed perimeter (7), the outer and inner plates (1, 2) include embossed forms (3, 4) forming a circuit for a heat-transfer fluid, having an inlet and an outlet. In addition, first longitudinal stiffening configurations are provided next to the opposing longitudinal edges of the outer plate (1), while second longitudinal stiffening configurations are provided next to the opposing longitudinal edges of the inner plate (2), said configurations being positioned on transverse elements of a structure. The outer and inner plates (1, 2) are also joined by a mechanical connection (9) in areas having maximum stress during bending, next to the opposing longitudinal edges of the outer and inner plates (1, 2). |
