SOLUTION: In a system for executing a cleaning mode to clean the charging roller by providing a peripheral speed difference between a photoreceptor drum and the charging roller, the peripheral speed difference between the photoreceptor drum and the charging roller in the cleaning mode is variably set according to driving torque of the photoreceptor drum. !
