PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of improving rigidity of a casing with air suction ports. ! SOLUTION: An outdoor unit includes a compressor for compressing a refrigerant, an outdoor fan for circulating the air, an outdoor heat exchanger moving heat of the refrigerant, and a casing accommodating the compressor and the outdoor heat exchanger, and having a flat left side plate 120 disposed at an upstream side with respect to the outdoor heat exchanger in a circulation passage of the air circulated by the outdoor fan, and having a plurality of air suction ports. The left side plate 120 exists between the air suction ports 121 adjacent to each other, among the plurality of air suction ports 121, has a transverse rib 210 extended in a first direction and a longitudinal rib 220 extended in a second direction intersecting the first direction, and one of the transverse rib 210 and the longitudinal rib 220 is stopped by the other rib. !
