PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily depositable sealant film excellent in low adsorptivity, and showing high seal strength, and to provide a laminate and a packaging bag using the same. ! SOLUTION: A sealant film has a first polyolefin resin layer, a second polyolefin resin layer, a first cyclic polyolefin resin layer and a second cyclic polyolefin resin layer.
