PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deburring device for a crossing hole capable of efficiently removing burrs generated in the crossing hole and achieving long life, and a deburring method using the device. ! SOLUTION: A deburring device for a crossing hole 11 removes burrs in the crossing hole 11 opened in a pipe material 10. In the deburring device, cutting layers 17 made of diamond abrasive grains are formed at intervals in the circumferential direction on an outer periphery of a slender cylindrical member 16 having an outer diameter formed smaller than a hole 12 of the pipe material 10. The deburring device further includes a deburring tool 14 forming a relief groove 18 between the cutting layers 17, and eccentric rotation means 15 for relatively eccentrically rotating the deburring tool 14 along an inner peripheral surface of the hole 12 of the pipe material 10 while bringing the cutting layers 17 into line contact with an internal surface of the hole 12 of the pipe material 10 across the crossing hol |
