PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict a quantity of hot water that can be produced using waste heat during an air-conditioning operation the next day, and efficiently execute a night boiling-up operation in view of a prediction result.SOLUTION: An air-conditioning and hot-water-supply system includes: an air-conditioning heat source machine 1; an air-conditioning indoor unit 2; a hot-water-supply heat source machine 5; a high-temperature tank 6; an intermediate-temperature tank 9, a HEMS controller 30, and the like. The HEMS controller 30 acquires load prediction information on weather information, a living pattern of a person present in a house, and the like using the Internet 40 and an information acquisition device 41. In a case of storing hot water in the high-temperature tank 6 by driving the hot-water-supply heat source machine 5 at night, a quantity of waste heat hot water that can be produced during an air-conditioning operation the next day is predicted on the basis of the load prediction information, and the quantity of hot water produced at night is regulated on the basis of the predicted quantity of the waste heat hot water. It is thereby possible to suppress power consumption and energy consumption during a night boiling-up operation using the waste heat hot water produced in a daytime air-conditioning operation. |
