PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network device which can efficiently perform defense operation when an impersonation attack occurs in a network.SOLUTION: A network device which is connected with a plurality of network devices via bus, comprises: an authentication unit which performs authentication on the basis of message authentication information included in data transmitted from a transmission source device among the plurality of network devices via bus; and a processing unit which determines that the transmission source device has transmitted improper data by impersonating one network device among the plurality of network devices when the authentication fails, and invalidates the data. |
