PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe making device of which assembly work and disassembly work can be easily performed in a short time, so that a period required for rehabilitating an existing pipe can be reduced and a rehabilitation pipe with high precision can be efficiently formed. ! SOLUTION: A pipe making device 1 includes an annular frame 2, a fitting roller 5 disposed on the inner peripheral side of a fitting region in a profile 100, and a drive unit 4 which supplies the profile 100 from the inner peripheral side in the fitting region toward the fitting roller 5. The drive unit 4 includes at least one couple of pinch rollers 43 composed of an outer face roller 41 and an inner face roller 42 which are rotation-driven, with the profile 100 sandwiched therebetween.
