PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct an alias signal component caused by an error, and to reduce an area. ! SOLUTION: An A/D converter includes: a plurality of A/D conversion parts; a multiplexer; and a correction circuit. The correction circuit includes: a first pseudo alias signal generation part; an error estimation part; a storage part; a multiplication part; and an alias signal correction part. The first pseudo alias signal generation part generates a plurality of first pseudo alias signals simulating a plurality of alias signal components on the basis of a plurality of digital signals. An error estimation part estimates a plurality of error coefficients one by one by time division on the basis of a digital output signal. The storage part successively stores the estimated error coefficients. The multiplication part multiplies each of the plurality of first pseudo alias signals by the corresponding error coefficient to generate a plurality of pseudo alias signals for correction.
