PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive transmission device and an image formation device, capable of miniaturizing a clutch part containing a planetary gear mechanism without degrading transmission torque, to suppress operation noise of a drive transmission device 119.SOLUTION: Clutch parts 3Y, 3M contain a planetary gear mechanism. A carrier of the planetary gear mechanism is provided with an output gear that outputs a drive force, and an internal gear is provided with an input gear into which the drive force is inputted. An idle gear 5Y is disposed on a rotational axis line of a toner bottle 106Y, and engages with the input gear of the clutch part 3Y and the input gear of the clutch part 3M for transmitting the drive force. A control part 130 can control a solenoid 6Y to regulate rotation of a sun gear of the planetary gear mechanism of the clutch part 3Y. The control part 130 controls rotation of the sun gear when a refilling developer is refilled to a developing device, and does not regulate the rotation of the sun gear when it is not refilled. |
