PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a musical sound generation controller which plays back musical sound with successful sound irrespective of presence/absence of connection with an electronic musical device without requiring a troublesome setting operation.SOLUTION: An electronic piano 200 stores performance data 41 constituted of a plurality of pieces of demonstration data in a MIDI format. Audio data 31 to be downloaded to a communication terminal device with an application 30 includes a plurality of pieces of demonstration data in an audio format corresponding to the demonstration data in the performance data 41. When one icon is selected on an icon selection screen, and an audition start button is turned on, the demonstration data corresponding to the selected icon is played back. In that case, when both of the communication terminal device and the electronic piano 200 are communicably connected with each other, the performance data 41 is played back by a sound source 44 of the electronic piano 200, however, when both are not communicable, the audio data 31 is played back by the communication terminal device. |
