PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct rotation balance of an IPM (Interior Permanent Magnet) rotor 1 [(embedded magnet type) rotor 1] with a smaller number of processes.SOLUTION: A plurality of magnet holes (core slots) 5 for independently embedding a plurality of permanent magnets 4, are independently provided for a rotor core 3 in a circumferential direction. The permanent magnet 4 is inserted into each magnet hole 5, and the inserted permanent magnet 4 is fixed to the rotor core 3 with a resin (an adhesive agent) α. For a rotor 1, rotation balance is corrected by a difference (increase/decrease of a resin amount) of a resin amount given to each magnet hole 5. In manufacturing the rotor 1, a balance correction process of correcting rotation balance by differences in resin amounts respectively given to the plurality of magnet holes 5 is simultaneously executed in the adhering process of fixing the permanent magnets 4 to the rotor core 3 by using the resin α. As a result, the rotation balance of the IPM rotor 1 can be corrected with a small number of processes, thereby productivity of the rotor 1 is increased and a cost of a rotary electric machine can be reduced. |
