PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation tube which emits radiation in the form of a fan beam suitable for application to an inspection device with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A radiation tube includes: an envelope having an opening part; an electron source provided inside the envelope; a target part 12 for generating radiation by irradiation of electrons emitted from the electron source; and a front shield 21 which is installed at the opening part and which is joined to the target part. The front shield includes a slit-like opening 25 for interrupting a part of the radiation emitted from the target part.
