<p>The device has a tub-shaped recess provided on a horizontal plate (5) of a supporting frame (4). A clamping attachment (2) adjustable in three spatial axes is arranged on the frame. A human preparation is fastened to the attachment using a joint part. A counter surface device (3) is fastened to the frame laterally adjacent to the attachment for supporting or fixation of another joint part. The attachment and the counter surface device include vertical fastening pipes (7, 11), a vertical bar or a vertical holding column at which fastening heads (6, 14) are arranged over hinges (9, 10, 13).
