PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muscle force strengthening method that enables a muscle force strengthening effect to be immediately exerted by strengthening muscle forces of a person's legs and arms and that can eliminate vexatiousness caused because he/she wears a tightening tool during training. ! SOLUTION: A tightening tool 1 is wound on the side, near the heart, of muscles of a person's legs and arms. A tightening force of the tightening tool 1 is set in a state in which venous return is limited so that amplitude of a pulse wave detected on skin surfaces of his/her legs and arms can be almost maximized.
