PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet loading device capable of suppressing loading failure due to floating of a sheet leading end relative to a loading surface regardless of a curl amount, and to provide an image forming apparatus, a sheet processing device, and an image forming system.SOLUTION: A sheet loading device includes: a sheet loading part 202 for loading a sheet on a loading surface; sheet discharging means 6 for discharging the sheet to the sheet loading part; and a floating restricting member 91 which is arranged above the loading surface to restrict the floating of the sheet leading end relative to the loading surface by a facing surface facing the loading surface. In the floating restricting member, a spacing between the loading surface and the facing surface at the upstream side in a sheet conveying direction is larger than a spacing between the loading surface and the facing surface at the downstream side in the sheet conveying direction.
