PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire receiver and an automatic fire alarm system including the same capable of recognizing a piece of information occurred at a site via a voice message. ! SOLUTION: A fire receiver 1 monitors plural display lines 2 and notifies an occurrence of fire by means of a voice message. The fire receiver 1 includes a voice data storage 14 which stores a voice data including a channel name and an installation location of each of the display lines. Detecting an alarm issued on any of the display lines, the fire receiver 1 outputs a voice message including any one of or both of the channel name and the installation location of the display line on which the alarm is issued. !
