PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back support plate for human body fixing belt and a human body fixing belt device in which the clamping of another part of a shoulder or a lumbar part can be maintained without loosening even if temporarily releasing a pressure of a ventral part and a pelvis. ! SOLUTION: A back support plate 10 for a human body fixing belt is characterized in that belt inserting lengthwise slits 12a, 12b are formed by two lines substantially in line symmetry at proper intervals, to each of an upper half part 11a and a lower half part 11b of a support plate 11 coming into abutment with a rear part of a human body. !
