Controlled electric parameters at processing are voltage and current pulse amplitudes isolated in electro-discharge gap. Maximum efficiency of proposed process results from setting and maintaining of electro-discharge gap magnitude on the basis of equality of ratio between current pulse amplitude and short-circuit current and that between voltage pulse amplitude and idling voltage magnitude. Said electro-discharge gap magnitude is maintained by adjustment of electrode feed by means of electrode feed proportional-integral controller.EFFECT: higher efficiency and precision of processing.1 dwg
