The present invention relates to a capsule composition which comprises a naphthalene derivative forming a pH-dependent, coordinated complex; and a capsule composition containing a coordinated metal. The present invention also relates to a method for forming a capsule capable of being capsulated and decapsulated reversely according to a pH. According to the present invention, it is possible to form, in tens of seconds within a short period of time, a capsule formed with a nanoscale coating layer regardless of a surface structure and materials by adjusting a pH of the composition, wherein the nanoscale coating layer comprises a variety of materials. Accordingly, it is possible to ensure excellent process properties compared with a conventional coating method. Further, there is an advantage that a decapsulation can be performed reversely after a capsule is formed by controlling a pH. Therefore, the invention can be used for a film, a separation membrane surface treatment, a manufacturing of a binder, and as a drug delivery system capable of accommodating a variety of drugs and discharging the same. |
