A method of fabricating a substrate with a micro/nano structure is provided. The method of fabricating a substrate with a micro/nano structure may comprise: a step of forming the micro/nano structure on the top surface of an auxiliary substrate; a step of coating the micro/nano structure with a base solution; a step of forming a base substrate which covers the micro/nano structure by performing heat treatment of the base solution; and a step of removing the auxiliary substrate from the base substrate. Accordingly, the substrate having a flexible, transparent, and conductive micro/nano structure with minimized surface roughness and high reliability can be fabricated.
