The present invention relates to a file uploading method of mobile device of a video file platform. The method of the present invention comprises: a step (a) of initiating a process to upload a user manufactured video file stored in a memory of an uploader mobile device to a video file service supply platform; a step (b) of extracting an advertisement image previously stored in the memory in the course of uploading the user manufactured video file to the video file service supply platform by the uploader mobile device, to couple the advertisement image to the final frame of the user manufactured video file; and a step (c) of transmitting a file of mixing the user manufactured video file and the advertisement image to the video file service supply platform by the uploader mobile device, and registering the file with an extended video content to the platform by a video file service supply platform server.
