<p>The present invention relates to a flange-assembled gate valve using a snap ring and, more specifically, relates to a flange-assembled gate valve using a snap ring which is easily assembled or disassembled from an underground pipe while having a simple structure. The gate valve comprises: a valve housing having flange parts connected to two underground pipes on both left and right sides, and a passage continued from the passage of the two underground pipes; and a disk installed in the valve housing to open and close the passage of the valve housing. One among the two flange parts comprises: a linear pipe part having one or more grooves circumferentially extended on an outer surface of the end while having a constant outer diameter; a coupling part having a circular ring structure to be fitted in the linear pipe part, comprising one or more O-ring grooves wherein the O-rings are inserted and a holding protrusion formed on the inner surface facing the outer surface of the pipe part, and a flange arranged on the outside to be coupled to the underground pipe and attached or separated from the flange of the underground pipe while moving in a state where the coupling part is fitted in the pipe; and a snap ring assembled to the groove of the pipe part after the coupling part is assembled to the pipe part, and interfered with the hanging protrusions to prevent the separation of the coupling part.</p> |
