The invention proposes a lightweight composite panel (10) that is impact-resistant and resistant to peeling, comprising:•a honeycomb core (1) made of poly(p-phenylene terephthalamide), positioned on either side of which are two skins each comprising:•an inner ply (2, 3) comprising: - E-glass fibre fabric (2a, 3a) in contact with the honeycomb core (1); and - a sheet (2b, 3b) of unidirectional carbon fibres oriented in a first direction;•an outer ply (4, 5), in contact with the corresponding inner ply (2, 3), comprising: - a sheet (4a, 5a) of unidirectional carbon fibres oriented in a second direction different from the first direction, the sheet (4a, 5a) of each outer ply (4, 5) being opposite the sheet (2b, 3b) of the corresponding inner ply (2, 3); and - an E-glass fibre fabric (4b, 5b). The glass fibre fabrics (2a, 3a, 4b, 5b) are impregnated with at least 70% by weight of epoxy resin, and have a mass of less than or equal to 30 g/m2. The carbon fibre sheets (2b, 3b, 4a, 5a) have a modulus of elasticity between 275 and 300 GPa, are pre-impregnated between 30% and 40% by weight with an epoxy resin, and have a mass of less than or equal to 100 gm2.
|
