摘要 A method for preparing hollow white composite quantum dots (QD), display panel and display device, the preparation method comprising: preparing monochrome QD of various colors into corresponding monochrome QD emulsions through emulsion polymerization technology; using dissolved silicon dioxide nanoparticles as a seed solution, and sequentially dripping each monochrome QD emulsion into the seed solution, so that the monochrome QD in each monochrome QD emulsion coats the surfaces of the silicon dioxide nanoparticles in the dripping sequence to obtain white composite QD; and finally removing the silicon dioxide nanoparticles from the white composite QD to obtain hollow white composite QD (01). The white composite QD particles obtained using the preparation method have controllable particle diameters and uniform size, thus solving the problems of low quantum efficiency and poor stability of QD. In addition, the color gamut of the hollow white composite QD can be adjusted, having good applicability and a wide application range. Moreover, the preparation method is simple, and is suitable for mass production.
