Disclosed is a computing system which receives notification data relating to a user, and outputting the notification data to transmit to a first computing device in response to determination of the user interacting with the first computing device at the first special time. The computing system determines that the user communicates with a second computing device at the second special time, and outputs the notification data to transmit to the second computing device in response to the determination of the user not seeing the notification data in the first computing device based on that the second special time is shorter than the threshold time after the first special time. |
