<p>A shoe sole for preventing muddy water splashing and manufacturing method thereof, the method comprising: mixing and agitating polymer, inorganic colloid crystal particles and an organic solvent to obtain a coating solution containing the polymer and inorganic colloid crystal particles; and spraying the coating solution onto the surface of the edge of a shoe sole to obtain a shoe sole preventing muddy water splashing. The edge of the shoe sole then has a film made of composite material of polymer and inorganic colloid crystal particles, and the surface of the film has protruded structures formed by the composite material of polymer and inorganic colloid crystal particles. The film has a coarse structure on the composite microcosmic micron scale and nanoscale, the coarse structure being able to capturing a great amount of air, thus reducing the contact area between water and the surface of the coarse structure, and obtaining super hydrophobicity in air.</p> |
