<p>Disclosed is a high-speed chamfering cutter. A chamfering cutter main body (2) comprises twin inner spiral grooves (23) having a rotating bit edge and a replaceable blade (3) having main and auxiliary chip-forming grooves and mounted on a main cutting face of a front end of the high-speed chamfering cutter, the included angle between the main chip-forming groove (33) and the auxiliary chip-forming groove (34) being 90°, a circular and smooth reinforced transition blade edge (35) of the blade tip being provided at the joint, and the main and auxiliary chip-forming grooves being provided with a smooth reinforced negative chamfering edge (32) of the blade point. The chamfering cutter can withstand high-speed heavy cutting and the blade can be replaced in a timely manner with the breakdown of the main and auxiliary chip-forming groove cutting edges, with marked effects in terms of saving on operating time, reducing cutter costs, and improving production capacity.</p> |
