<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key management system for digital cinema content that distributes and manages keys to protect content.SOLUTION: Key management in a digital cinema system 10 is performed by encrypting a feature key 20 associated with encrypted content with a transmission key exchanged with a decryption module 60, which serves to decrypt encrypted content. A feature key 50 encrypted and protected by a key manager 30 is transmitted to the decryption module to enable decryption of the encrypted content. The decryption module only has the capability of decrypting content on the basis of the module's own key.</p> |
